With the introduction of the TechInfo center, Viessmann has set a new benchmark for customer service and expanded support. Whether installing or troubleshooting, this new service center assists our North American industry partners with expanded technical support.
Each call will generate a detailed service record specific to the installation address. By recording your important product and support information in our databases, repeat calls are fast and easy. Plus, your customers have the added benefit of product tracking for future system and product upgrades.
When calling the TechInfo center, please be prepared to answer the following questions:
- What Viessmann model you are working on?
- What is the 12 or 16 digit serial number?
- What is the installation address?
- What date was the product installed?

Expanded after-hours technical support is available during the Heating Season Schedule from September 1 to April 30. The Summer Schedule provides standard 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (EST) support available across North America from May 1 to August 31. After-hours support is not available during the Summer Schedule.
* Note: The heating season schedule starts the first weekend after Labour Day. In 2012, this date falls on September 8th.
