Find spare parts and diagrams for your Viessmann product.

The ViParts app is an easy, quick and efficient way for contractors, technicians and engineers to find spare parts for Viessmann products. With just a serial number, Viessmann part information is now at your fingertips!

Where can I get the app?

The Viessmann ViParts app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices, and can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you prefer to use our ViParts app directly in your browser, you can access the web app here.

How do I find out which spare parts I need?

Search for your product using either the search bar or barcode scanner. If you don't know the spare part number, simply enter the product model or serial number to find all relevant parts.

After selecting an item in the search results, you can view the part by pressing on it.

Where can I find manuals for these parts?

After selecting a part in the app, you can view manuals and other technical documents related to that part by tapping the ‘Details’ and pressing the ‘Documents in ViBooks’.

You can also use the "Maintenance parts" button to view a list of parts that are typically used during routine service for this product.

The "Compatibility" button allows you to enter another part number, to see if it is compatible with this product. And the "Error Codes" button allows you to search the error codes provided that you are logged in.

How do I view diagrams of the sub-assemblies?

After you have selected an item in the search results, tap the "Spare Parts" button to view all of the sub-components for this product. Then tap the "Drawing" option to show detailed drawings of the product with its sub-assemblies.

Using the "List" option, you can view the full list of spare parts for the product. You may also enter keywords to filter this list if you want to narrow your search results.

How can I enquire about spare parts availability?

Your local heating supplies stocking wholesaler should be able to give you details on spare parts availability.

The app allows you to identify which spare parts you need, and you can add these items to your basket. Once in the basket, you can send details of these parts via an email, which you can easily direct to your local wholesaler to ask about stock.
