Limited 5 year warranties for Canadian customers
For residential gas-fired condensing boilers up to 300 MBH input.
All residential applications of Viessmann gas-fired condensing boilers up to 300 MBH are eligible for a limited 5 year parts warranty.
Note: The standard Viessmann 2 year parts warranty does not require registration. Registration is only required if you wish to extend this warranty for an additional 3 years.
Limited five (5) year parts warranty
Our base warranty for parts is for 2 years, with a possible FREE 3-year extension for a total of 5 years when you register the boiler online.
Note: Contractors need a Viessmann account to register boilers online. Read more here about how to get a Viessmann account.
To register products online, the following information is required:
- Serial numbers of the products
- Address of the building where the products are installed
- Date of installation
The warranty reimburses the cost of parts after an approval process.
The effective date for the new warranty is January 1, 2024 and is applicable to the following boiler series:
- Vitodens 100-W
- Vitodens 200-W
- Vitodens 222-F
- Vitocrossal 300, CU3A
Warranties need to be registered within 60 days from the date of installation.
