Viessmann Return Goods Authorization Request
If you are a Wholesaler requesting to return a product to Viessmann (e.g. for warranty replacement), please fill out and submit the form below.
Once the information is verified, you will receive a completed RGA form back with a valid RGA number. You may then return the product (freight prepaid) to Viessmann. Please remember to note the RGA number on all shipping documents, and to include a copy of the completed RGA form with the returned product.
The RGA link above is an online form. If you cannot use this online form, then please download the Excel version of the RGA form, and email the completed form to returns@viessmann.ca.

Important Notes:
- All returned items must possess a valid RGA number on all shipping documents.
- The RGA number shall be valid for 30 days after issuance, after which time the RGA number shall be void.
- Debit notes must refer to this RGA number.
- A completed RGA form must be physically shipped back with the product.
- All returned items must be freight prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted.
- All items returned for credit or replacement are subject to verification inspection by Viessmann.
