Return Goods Authorization Request

If you are a Wholesaler requesting to return a product to Viessmann (e.g. for warranty replacement), please fill out and submit the form below.

Once the information is verified, you will receive a completed RGA form back with a valid RGA number. You may then return the product (freight prepaid) to Viessmann. Please remember to note the RGA number on all shipping documents, and to include a copy of the completed RGA form with the returned product. 

The RGA link above is an online Google form that also allows you to upload pictures of the product – sometimes photos are required. If you cannot use this online form (e.g. because you don't have a Google account), then please download the Excel version of the RGA form, and email the completed form to returns@viessmann.ca.

Important Notes:

  • All returned items must possess a valid RGA number on all shipping documents.
  • The RGA number shall be valid for 30 days after issuance, after which time the RGA number shall be void.
  • Debit notes must refer to this RGA number.
  • A completed RGA form must be physically shipped back with the product.
  • All returned items must be freight prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted.
  • All items returned for credit or replacement are subject to verification inspection by Viessmann Manufacturing Company Inc.
