Technical support maintenance and service packages
With our comprehensive after-sales support, we are here to help with your Viessmann heating system. We offer service packages for boiler and control commissioning, annual boiler maintenance, service assessments, and hourly rate field service.
At Viessmann, we are constantly striving to offer world-class service in every area, and draw on our experience gained over 100 years to do this. We work tirelessly to support our heating installations across all fuel types and applications, responding to the needs of our customers.
We currently offer the following service packages in the greater Vancouver area of British Columbia:
Boiler and control commissioning package
- Comprehensive commissioning reports, including combustion analysis
- Heating system operational check
- Set up of ViCare customer app
Annual boiler maintenance package
- Heating system operational check
- Boiler fire-side heat exchanger cleaning
- Boiler condensate neutralization examination
- Combustion analysis report provided
- Warranty extensions are available when Viessmann performs annual maintenance *
Hourly rate service package
- Scheduled service on all Viessmann products is available upon request during regular business hours
Service assessment package
- Viessmann will provide onsite analysis and assessment for any reported fault codes on Viessmann heating equipment
- You then choose whether you want to correct the faults independently with the assessment, or to engage Viessmann to resolve the fault codes
