COVID-19 information and updates from Viessmann

The Viessmann team stands together to support you ⎯ especially in challenging times like these.

At Viessmann Canada, the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners is our top priority. In order to keep our Viessmann family safe in the workforce, we will be providing a mask with every boiler sold. These masks will aid in protection of the individual while installing Viessmann products.

With the recent news from the Ontario Government declaring a state of emergency, we continue to encourage all of our employees and customers to use email and/or telephone to contact our staff and avoid any internal or external face-to-face meetings.

As a manufacturer of heating equipment, Viessmann is considered an "essential workplace" and we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to ensure the supply of heat and hot water to buildings and homes.

Viessmann is taking the following measures to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, while maintaining our operations to ensure that we can continue to support our customers.
 

Viessmann Academy

All training seminars in our Waterloo, ON and Langley, BC locations are cancelled until further notice. We will also be cancelling any training done by Viessmann staff outside of Viessmann facilities.

If you are currently signed up for an open date seminar, we will keep your name on the wait list, and as the seminars are rescheduled you will be notified of the new date for any seminar you are registered for.

If you are registered for a Viessmann seminar through your wholesaler or local Viessmann Sales Rep, they will inform you of any rescheduled dates as they become available.
 

Tradeshows

All Viessmann tradeshows are suspended until further notice. We will update our tradeshow schedule with any rescheduled dates as they become available.
 

Technical Support

We continue to provide technical support to heating contractors as usual by phone at 1-888-484-8643.

Please note that many cellular networks across Canada have been experiencing congestion recently due to the increased levels of network traffic from more people working remotely. If you are calling from your cell phone and you experience busy signals or dropped calls, please try calling from a landline (if available) or wait for a minute before using your cell phone again.
 

Orders and Shipping

Viessmann is fully operational and we continue to produce and ship goods. Our products can be ordered as usual by contacting Order Desk at 519-885-6300. Wholesalers are encouraged to send purchase orders via email to orders@viessmann.ca.
