Frequently asked questions
No. In British Columbia our regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday. We do not work after hours or on weekends.
We only work on Viessmann products.
We service the metro Vancouver area from Lion's Bay to Chilliwack. Travel outside of this area is possible, but extra travel time will apply (at our hourly service rate).
Our service technician carries the most common wear parts on board, and will discuss the price before replacing anything. If parts are required, the customer will be charged the Viessmann list price for these items, plus tax.
